Quality Manager
Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement quality standards
-Develop quality standards and processes based on company requirements, industry standards, and customer needs.
-Ensure that these standards are effectively implemented in the production or service process.
2. Quality monitoring and inspection
-Inspect raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
-Use various tools and methods (such as sampling inspection, statistical analysis) to monitor quality.
-Non destructive testing, mechanical performance analysis, and other testing of company products are conducted in accordance with customer standards for inspection, communication, analysis, judgment, and organization to ensure compliance with customer requirements.
3. Document management
-Maintain quality records to ensure compliance with regulatory and certification requirements.
-Save all quality documents to ensure customer spot checks.
4. Customer feedback handling
-Responsible for customer complaints, coordinating with relevant personnel to analyze issues and take corrective measures.
5. Problem analysis and improvement
-Identify quality issues, analyze their causes, and propose improvement measures.
-Track the implementation effect of improvement measures to ensure that problems are resolved.
6. Data analysis and reporting
-Collect and analyze quality data, generate reports.
-Summarize the quality status and improvement suggestions.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with quality related work experience;
2. Possess good interpersonal communication skills, excellent teamwork ability, meticulousness, strong sense of responsibility, good service awareness, teamwork spirit, and confidentiality awareness.
Mechanical Design Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
1) Independently complete the mechanical design of the project according to the production instruction project tasks (including adding allowances to 3D numerical modeling machines, 2D drawing, etc.);
2) Design and development of products, formulation of technical specifications for products, preparation of product manuals, maintenance, technical safety and other relevant regulations;
3) Responsible for feasibility review of design projects, proofreading of design drawings, and improvement of related technical documents such as design drawings; Assist department managers in developing relevant enterprise standards;
4) Guide, coordinate, and handle design issues that arise during product production;
5) Confidentiality of product design drawings and technical information.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical manufacturing or mechatronics integration, with at least three years of relevant work experience in mechanical product design, processing, and manufacturing.
2. Familiar with mechanical design principles, part processing, understanding of product process flow and technical standards.
3. Proficient in using drawing software such as AUTOCAD, Pro/E, UG, SOLIDWORKS, etc.
4. Strong sense of work responsibility, down-to-earth work ethic, and excellent teamwork skills.
5. Experience in the metal additive manufacturing industry is preferred.
